TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective October 15, 2026. These website terms do not replace your firm’s signed service agreement.
Agency services, not legal representation
Personal Injury Media Buzz provides marketing and video content production for law firms. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal client referrals. Submitting an inquiry creates no attorney-client relationship.
Territory eligibility
Exclusivity concerns specified agency services only. Under the default policy, a qualifying competing firm’s business location within 10 miles of an active exclusive partner’s agreed center is ineligible. Overlap between two 10-mile circles is flagged for review; an agreement may use a stricter 20-mile center separation policy. Pending applications do not block an area. Only approved, unexpired reservations or active agreements may block eligibility.
Availability requires address verification, eligibility review, and written confirmation. No website response, form submission, or package selection reserves or activates a territory. Package changes, expiration, and cancellation follow your written agreement.
Prices and scope
Website prices are starting estimates. Production scope, exclusivity eligibility, usage rights, payment obligations, and cancellation terms are set out in the finalized written offer. Paid media spend and additional production costs are quoted separately.
Attorney advertising safeguards
The participating attorney must approve legal claims, educational scripts, promotional content, and applicable jurisdiction-specific identification and disclosures before publication. No confidential client information may be used without permission. AI-generated attorney representations require consent and appropriate disclosure. Deceptive synthetic endorsements are prohibited.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee client inquiries, signed cases, rankings, legal outcomes, or control of a geographic legal market. The word “Dominate” is a package name, not a promise of market leadership or superiority.
Content and licensing
Your agreement determines video usage, editing, distribution, and post-contract rights. Original audio must be owned or appropriately licensed. All client testimonials and credentials require verification and appropriate consent before publication.
Website use and contact
Provide accurate business information. Do not upload unlawful or confidential client material or attempt unauthorized access to private records. Questions about these terms may be submitted through the agency’s Contact page.
