PRIVACY POLICY
Effective October 15, 2026. This notice describes information submitted through our agency marketing inquiry and administration pages.
Information we collect
We collect contact names, firm names, business email and phone, business address, website, practice areas, optional attorney counts and consultation preferences, and your recorded contact and SMS consent choices. Verified business coordinates and territory review notes are maintained privately.
How we use information
We use this information to review territorial eligibility, respond to requests, coordinate consultations, maintain agreements, and provide our marketing services. A request does not secure a territory or create an attorney-client relationship.
Access and service providers
Internal contact and territory records are restricted to authorized administrators. Lovable Cloud stores records securely. Google Maps may process business addresses for administrator-requested verification. If scheduling is configured, following a booking link sends you to the scheduling provider’s site and privacy terms.
Communications and consent
Your required consent allows follow-up about your request and services. Optional SMS consent is recorded separately and is not a condition of purchase. No marketing text messages should be sent without that consent; message and data rates may apply and you may reply STOP to opt out.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by contacting the agency through the Contact page. Information needed for legal obligations or active contracts may be retained. We do not publish other firms’ confidential contact information or precise protected territory centers.
Security and sensitive information
Do not submit confidential client information, medical records, or details of an individual legal matter through this marketing inquiry. We use access controls to protect information but no transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
Updates
This notice may be updated as services and integrations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
